Leadership Development/Executive Coaching for Senior Leaders
PLD provides leadership development and executive coaching to C-level executives. Using the Positive Leadership ParadigmTM, individual coaching engagements typically last 6 months and are focused on 3-5 essential goals determined by the coachee and/or sponsoring executive if there is one. All coaching engagements begin with a behavioral assessment and/or 360 assessment. PLD coach consultants are experienced professional coaches, and in addition to leadership development, PLD can provide many areas of specialization such as communication/presentation skills, productivity skills, new role/promotion acclimation, etc.
Talent Management/Development for High Potential Employees
When an organization has a set of identified junior level leaders or managers that have high potential, PLD can provide a group coaching engagement for these leaders. Typically these groups are 4-5 members, the group runs for 4 months, and includes regular group coaching sessions as well as one individual coaching session for each member. Based on the Positive Leadership ParadigmTM, group coaching cohorts may also have an identified skill set or group goal, such as communication, time management skills, etc., if so desired.
A second solution is PLD’s Management Training Curriculum. A comprehensive 5-course training program for managers covering essential topics for effective management, the curriculum is suitable for most levels of management, including courses geared for new managers.
